  • Must complete the survey within the given period of time (generally 7 days) printed on your receipt.

  • Enter the ID number from the center of your receipt. (Click the tiny receipt image posted left section of the tab, to locate the survey ID on your receipt)
  • Click start to proceed.
  • Fill out the survey truthfully.
  • Provide the required details to enter the sweepstakes.
